• Responsible for marketing, planning, development and promotion of bakery products, both of our wholesale and KLAS RETAIL business segments
• Responsible for providing leadership and coordination in the business planning, marketing, administrative and budgeting efforts of bakery branch

Achievements:

• Consolidation of all bakery companies within the KLAS group achieved
• Considerable 2009 & 2008 consolidated turn-over with positive P&L achieved
• Consolidated 2008 Gross Profit Margin of 55% and EBITDA Margin of 14 %.
